For this month's challenge you must furnish the June Bug house. You can find all the rules and special conditions on this page, please read them all before starting! You can find the house on the gallery by filtering by hashtag #JuneSamily or under Origin ID JustSeum. If you have any questions, please ask them in the #sims channel in our Discord!
The winners of the previous month's challenge are ineligible for winning a prize this month, but you can still participate in the challenge and have your house toured on stream!
IMPORTANT NOTE! bb.moveobjects must be turned on before placing or things disappear!
- USE ONLY ITEMS FROM BASE GAME! NO expansions or packs this time.
- Lot must be: Hallow Slough
(30x20) in Willow Creek
- Must be functional.
- No CC - includes gallery items/ art.
- Cheats
(like moveobjects) are okay.
- No structural changes - all walls & roof stay the same. (no raising
foundation or changing floor elevation)
- Archways must stay as archways, but can be changed out for a
different design. Must not move -they need to stay where they are placed.
- Doors must stay as doors,
but can be changed out for a different design. Must not move -they need to stay where they are
placed.
- Friezes (outdoor level trim) cannot be removed but the style can be changed.
- All
rooms must have windows - you can add more, move them, or swap them out, but every room must still have a
window.
- Half walls may be added, BUT no taller than the Medium size half wall. Fences okay
too.
- Chimney must stay, but you can change the style & which chimney items to use on top. (keep the
walled chimney area a chimney)
- Gazebos are okay to add outside, but must be open builds like a
gazebo - do not add extra full rooms/buildings
- Landscaping is up to you! Feel free to start from
scratch. (leaving as designed is fine, but custom landscaping is more impressive)
